  So, my wife called today @ 8:00am looking a for an electrician. Ibrahim answered and my wife explained we needed service today for our rental as we were in town. We live in Rancho Cucamonga (60 miles from Culver City) Ibrahim stated he would come over in the afternoon. She provided our address and contact info. 12:00pm my wife calls and lbrahim tells my wife his truck broken down and in the shop. He then tells my wife I can come tomorrow.. My wife replies, "we live in Rancho Cucamonga and are not local. This is why we needed your service today.." Ibrahim's response is How long will you be there, his reply is 6:00pm. Ibrahim states, I'll be there before then.. Our expectation was he would be at our rental ready to prior to 6:00pm. GUESS WHAT... This guy did NOT show up and did NOT call. That's what I call great customer service, NOT!!! You completely waisted our time today. Now I must schedule another electrician for Saturday. Thanks for ruining my one day off!! I would never provide positive feedback for a company/technician that has no common courtesy. Avoid this company!
